Lead QA Engineer

Your Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing test strategies for new developments and projects
  • Conducting, structuring, and coordinating integration tests
  • Coordinating testing projects with external partners and suppliers
  • Optimizing testing processes within the organization
  • Carrying out manual and automated testing
  • Collaborating in an agile project environment, e.g., KANBAN
  • Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders

Your Skills

  • Multiple years of experience in testing and cross-team test coordination
  • Experience conducting, structuring, and coordinating integration tests
  • Experience in testing within agile software development organizations
  • Proficiency in manual and automated testing
  • Experience in an agile project environment, such as KANBAN
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems in a structured manner
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • ISTQB Certified Tester
  • Fluent in German and English.

Technical:

  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, X-Ray
  • Experience with SoapUI/Postman
  • Familiarity with industry-standard test automation tools
  • Experience with build, test, and continuous integration processes
  • Experience with Kibana and Grafana
