Data Architect

What your tasks will be

  • Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve company data.
  • Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating client operations, applications, and programming.
  • Design and develop ETL processes.
  • Assess database implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations.
  • Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams.
  • Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions.
  • Participate in defining and governing data standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with the product team, working within the SAFe framework.

What skills we are looking for

  • Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Scientist, Data Engineer or similar role in data management.
  • In-depth understanding of database structure principles.
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing system requirements.
  • Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques.
  • Proficient in Python, specifically with libraries such as Spark and Panda.
  • Expertise in SQL.
  • Familiarity with Databricks and Azure.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of data architecture, both logical and technical.
  • Experience with the release process and test management.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding problem solver.
  • Fluent in German and English.
