What your tasks will be

• Research and analyze data from thousands of test customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept.
• Work closely with product and backend teams to integrate innovations into our products.
• Prepare clear reports and visualizations to share research results.
• Continuously improve our data models and algorithms through research and testing.
• Lead discussions and workshops with clients to explore and identify data science opportunities.
• Be driven to innovate and persuade stakeholders of the value of data science.
• Share knowledge and progress through regular domain exchange and technical meetings.
• Stay updated with the latest in research and machine learning and share insights with the team.

What skills we are looking for

• You have 3+ years of experience in the industry
• You are skilled in machine learning approaches and machine learning frameworks
• You have a proficient understanding of Python and libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Jupyter, etc.
• You’re familiar with the Microsoft Azure environment
• You have an end to end understanding of data pipelines and are skilled at using SQL
• You’re communicative and supportive to teammates and clients
• You’re adaptable and flexible and have a knack for problem solving
• You have a strong business mindset
• You are articulate and persuasive when it comes to solution proposals
• Readiness to travel for on-site meetings with the customers
• You are fluent in both German and English
