Platform engineering covers the full lifecycle of your infrastructure: assessing what you run today, building or migrating to a platform that fits, and operating it in production. Engagements range from a fixed-scope audit to full managed operations. All work is delivered from the EU under ISO 27001.
Infrastructure & Cost Audit
Know your options before committing to anything. We analyse your current estate, workloads, and cloud spend, then deliver a concrete savings estimate and migration plan. Fixed price, fixed scope, 15 days. Fully credited against a subsequent migration.
Platform Engineering & Kubernetes
Production-grade platforms on the stack we run ourselves: Kubernetes on Talos Linux, GitOps-based delivery, infrastructure as code. Built for the workloads you have, not for a reference architecture. Includes GPU node pools for AI workloads.
Cloud Migration & Repatriation
We move workloads from AWS, GCP, or Azure to EU sovereign infrastructure, typically European bare metal, at a fraction of hyperscaler cost. In our own production estate this reduced infrastructure cost by a factor of six. Migrations run in parallel with your existing environment; cutover happens when everything is verified.
GitOps & Delivery Automation
Declarative configuration for everything: clusters, applications, secrets, and policies live in Git and reconcile automatically. Deployments become reviewable, repeatable, and reversible. Your developers get a clear path from commit to production.
Managed Operations (Day 2)
Infrastructure is not a project that ends at go-live. We operate your platform: monitoring, incident response, security patching, cluster upgrades, capacity planning. Monthly retainer, cancellable, no lock-in. Your team keeps full access and ownership at all times.
Sovereignty & Compliance
EU data residency by architecture, not by contract clause. We build platforms where data location, encryption, and access control are verifiable properties of the system. Relevant for NIS2 scope, public-sector requirements, and customers who ask where their data lives.
