Handovers between organisations
A breakdown case at Porsche Austria runs across ÖAMTC and Assist before it reaches a Porsche or VW Group service destination. Every manual handover added waiting time and could not be measured.
An expensive first version
DRVN's check of whether an OBD2 dongle fits a vehicle had already been built once, for around 80,000 EUR. The cloud-native rebuild cost 5,000 EUR and runs for 200 EUR a month instead of 1,000.
Vehicle data under data protection
Vehicle data flows need consent, retention rules and privacy by design, with the data kept in the EU. We design for that from the first data flow, not as a later audit.
